October 3, 2011 is the last day for eligible professionals to begin their 90-day reporting period for calendar year 2011 for the Medicare EHR Incentive Program. February 29, 2012 is the last day for eligible professionals to register and attest to receive an Incentive Payment for calendar year (CY) 2011.

You will need to input the EHR Certification Number for Emdeon Clinician, which is 30000001SVDIEAS. See below for the applicable screen where you will input the Emdeon Clinician EHR Certification Number.
In addition, by qualifying for Meaningful Use in 2011, your practice may avoid a -1% payment adjustment on all of your Medicare Part B reimbursements starting January 1, 2012.
