MEMBERSHIP ADVANTAGE
Membership in the Meriden Wallingford IPA is through a standard application process, click the link on the right to request a Membership Application, a Membership Agreement or ask a question regarding MWIPA membership. Member services will focus on creating efficiencies through the centralization of services and delegated arrangements on behalf of its members. Services such as credentialing, contracting negotiations and member communications are always our focus. In addition, the MWIPA has entered into a relationship with Emdeon, Inc. and is a federally approved Direct Assistance Contractor (DAC) with eHealth Connecticut. Our goal is to guide our membership through the complicated processes of implementing an ONC certified Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and connecting our office to a network where information can be shared. We are working to establishe a health information exchange (HIE) and a menu of health information technology products and services.
